Important imformation for your vacation
- Your room will be ready from 12:00 to 20:00 o'clock on the day of arrival. Please inform us on time, if you want to check-in later than that.
- Check-out on your day of departure must be done before 10:30 o'clock.
- Markup for half board (bookable from monday - thursday)
4-course-menu EUR 14,00 per person and day
- We plead your understanding, that pets are not allowed.
- Payment:
We gladly accept payment on site in cash or via debit card.
- Acceptance of coupons:
We would like to inform you, that our hotel only accepts our very own coupons as well as coupons of the spa region Bad Waltersdorf. Other coupons will not be accepted.
- Cancellation conditions:
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days prior, there will be no cancellation fees.
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior, there will be a cancellation fee of 50%.
In case that you cancel your booking on the day of arrival, we will invoice you 90% of the total amount.
On immediate notification or change of reservation to an alternative date of arrival, we will not invoice any cancellation fees.
